- Securitisation – plain vanilla and asset backed securitisation, setting up securitisation trusts, issue of security receipts and issue of securitised debt instruments
- Debt Capital Markets – privately placed debentures, foreign currency bonds, commercial paper, masala bonds, MTN programmes by banks and corporates, and other privately placed debt securities
- Debt Restructuring and Insolvency – including corporate debt restructuring, asset reconstruction, schemes of arrangement and proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Funds – structuring and setting up alternative investment funds, venture capital funds, foreign private equity and public market funds and mutual funds
