Priyanka Sud is the founder of the law firm "Priyanka Sud & Associates". She oversees all the activities relating to the firm which over the years has expanded many folds in legal sector and has a vast experience of practicing at the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Courts of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and the Quasi-Judicial Bodies of Chandigarh since 2001. During these 22 years of practice she along with her team has handled Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Service and Corporate Matters. She has also handled matters in relation with the Cyber Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, Matrimonial Act, Domestic Violence Act, Senior Citizen Act, IPR, Industrial, Trade, Financial, Consumer, NRI and others.
She is a PoSH, Matrimonial, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Corporate and RERA Consultant and has represented Managements of Companies, Individuals and Conducted Trials across Spectrum of Industries. She is known for her meticulous attention to details of cases, cross-examination abilities, and ability to counsel clients on effective case preparation and probable outcomes.

- She is also on the Panel of Army Force Tribunal for Union of India at Chandimandir .She is on the panel of Bhakra Beas Management Board.
- She is chairing the Punjab State Chair India Mentoring & Motivation under the auspices All Ladies League for G100 .She is the President of WICCI Legal Awareness Council for Chandigarh.
- She is on the Advisory Board of Prasanchetas Foundation (A Non-Profit Company registered working for the empowerment of the girls, women, children and youth).

- Conducted the Seminar on PoSH for CMA which is a Local Management Association of AIMA in 2022 and also spoke on the podcast of the GRAVITAS Wins Radio on POSH in 2023. She spoke at CGC Jhanjeri, Mohali on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
- Keynote speaker At Law Joint on Consumer Protection Act 2019 & Amendments. She was a key note speaker on Dignity, Freedom and Justice for all on the World Human Rights Day 2022 at CBMA in partnership with Chitkara University.
- She spoke on the topic “Shaping Our Future Together Women and Girls – Closing the Gender Gap” at the APSWDP UN- 75 Association of Professional Social Workers and Development Practitioners affiliated with the United Nations Department of Global Communications (UN DGC) and on World Women's Equality Day on the topic "Re-defining Women Equality” in 2020.
